Sorry for the intrusion, but I'm concerned about what this seller on
ebay is telling me. This post:

mentions that "I have both a campy record and a shimano free wheel for
it. Just let me know which you need." and I was dubious about the use
of the term "free wheel" here and the abiity for it being compatible
with either campy or shimano as information I can find on this
wheelset specifically mentions that new it can be ordered with EITHER
campy OR shimano compatible hubs.
I wrote him with this question and he confirmed this claim by stating:
The free wheel body itself comes on and off of the hub. When I first
was riding these wheels I had my shimano free wheel body on it, after
getting my new bike I put the campy free wheel on it. I later bought a
new set of mavic that came with a campy free wheel body on it. So now
I have free wheels, a campy record and a shimano 9/10 speed free wheel
body for this hub.
The hub itself stays the same, the free wheel body is
interchangeable.
My guess is he's either interchanging the term "free wheel" with
cassette or this isn't a stock set of Cosmic Elites ?
anyone here have experience with these wheels they'd be willing to
share?
BTW, I'm not the seller of these wheels.
