I have a 2003 marathon SL fork. The manual says that you should prise up
the wiper seals to lube the fork. Has anyone tried this? I've had a go
with a screwdriver but there does not seem to be an easy way to get the tip
between the seal and the fork leg.
Any advice appreciated.
