I had it free for one season (won it somehow). I really liked it and it did improve my performance.
It made following a periodic training regimine for all three sports plus weight lifting pretty easy.
It builds a calendar and let's you keep track. It has a few limitations. It is always based on a given race day event and it is inflexible if the
date is to close to the day you want to start. It also doesn't let you log in sessions that aren't
exactly part of the program so if you vary you lose some data. However, if you are dedicated to it, it will help.
One very cool aspect is great customer service. Any questions are answered very promptly and may
times by Mark directly. I had a debate about my heartrate with him and finally convinced him to give
me 5 more beats to LT. Thay also try to help with the flexibility where thay can. They helped me
fudge a starting date by back filling some data when I wanted to start a new progem, etc.I'd pay for it if I was looking for coaching right now but I learned a lot from them and I am laying
off a bit this season.BW
