Alan Webb ran a terrific race (about time for him). He finished 3rd overall and first American,
beating 28:00 10K runners, 8:20 steeplechasers and the like. If he still has that 47 second 400
speed, his track season could be interesting to say the least.

    The top 12 finishers:

    PLace Bib Name Finish Time 1 10 PATRICK NTHIWA 21:37 2 4 ANDREW LETHERBY 21:38 3 7 ALAN WEBB 21:53 4
    14 JONATHAN RILEY 21:53 5 30 DAN LINCOLN 22:02 6 25 KARL SAVAGE 22:19 7 41 JOSEPH DRISCOLL 22:25 8 9
    NOLAN SWANSON 22:26 9 29 ADAM SUTTON 22:27 10 27 IAN CONNOR 22:28 11 23 BEN NOAD 22:34 12 5 MILLON
    WOLDE 22:38

  3. thanks for posing the results. it is about time that webb came through with a solid performance.
maybe he's on his way to living up to all the hype and the large contract nike has given him. so far
he has been nothing but a huge disappointment. hopefully he will get his 1500 meter time down to
meet the qualifying standards for athens. "Lyndon" <[email hidden]> wrote in message
