  1. Posted to MTB enthusiasts as a matter of general interest. The well
trodden and well ridden route between the UK's Land's End and John
O'Groats has been given a new twist with a officially designated all
off-road mountain biking route - named E154 OR but commonly known as
    LeJog.

The ride is a hard challenge to complete. 1,176 miles and an
accumulative climb of 124,212 ft. The latest attempt is happening now
(26th May 05 - 11th June 05) and the target is to complete the whole
ride in 16.5 days - over 70 miles averaged each day, every day without
a break! The first record was 23 days.
