  1. Question:

What exactly should be done besides the obvious.

As I've mentioned I'm back into cycling after 4 years off. I have a 1998 DA equipped Cannondale that has been sitting, and I'm curious if there is anything I should check for?

I've been riding it again for about 2 months and every thing seems fine, but is there one thing you would check? Let's see, it probably has 15k miles on it or so.

Here's what I've done so far.
New chain and new rear derailur cable and tune up.

I tried to find slack in the hubs (mavic Heliums) and bottom bracket, but all SEEMS ok. I just got on nashbar and got some tools I needed (didn't have ANYTHING). Next step is to remove and clean the cog(talke about some build up!!).

Should I worry about the BB? Isn't everything sealed?

    Thanks!
    Christopher
