  1. I'm about to hit my off-season following a target race, and I'll be on
holiday for 4 weeks. Recently, I've had big improvements in my swim and I
    don't want to slip back.

What sessions should I be doing to maintain my stroke? I'll have limited
access to pools - maybe only 1-2 times per week.

My background: swim x4 per week - 2 open-water sessions, one drills session
and one hard intervals session. I've been racing triathlons, culminating in
    a half-ironman last week.

My inclination is session split into 50% drills and 50% short, hard sets.

    Many thanks.

  2. since your time is so limited, why spend so much time on drills? Why
not do your hard interval workout. You'll be in better shape when you
get back for sure. you can focus on stroke mechanics again when you
    have more time.
    Eric
