  1. Mahi on the Grill

Mahi-Mahi (Dolphin fish) fillet lemon Garlic paste mayonnaise Rosemary Dillweed

You take a Mahi-Mahi (Dolphin fish) fillet and squeeze on lemon. rub on Garlic paste, spread on a
thick coat of real mayonnaise. Then sprinkle on Rosemary and Dillweed (both sides) Wrap in tin foil
(air tight) and grill it about 20 mins per side. The result; a mouth watering, creamy mahi fillet
that will melt in your mouth! The meat will be juicy and so soft, you can pull it off the bone with
just a fork! Try it, you'll like it!
