I have a Magura rear hub (simular to Hugi DT Swiss) on my trials bike, this
hub is made for Magura by DT Swiss. It needs a rebulid because there is a
slight wobble side to side.
I have already taken it apart and reassembled it but for the life of me I
can't get the wobble to disappear. I have went to the DT Swiss web site and
followed their procedure but it is still there. Anyone have any other
suggestions other than replacing it?

At this point you should ask Hugi to see what they say.
