Magnet for cadence sensor?

NO but I used one of these (the 1/2" long rod) on my Campy ProFit
pedals...just epoxied in in.

Lots of rare earth magnets will fit into your crank hole with a bit of
glue. As long as you don't try to use it for removing the pedals this
works out fine, and the magnets are usually much better than the crappy
Polar magnets.

Some magnet materials out there are basically soft enough that you can
cut-to fit.

I will pot a magnet in the pedal hole for my pickup to the polar sensor.

Do you guys chart your workouts?
I find the charts pretty valuable when you can make comparisons in training
or just general information on your daily ride. I feel since making charts
my cycling has improved by cycling more efficiently. I am watching my diet
and calories burned closely. I have a more effective cadence in the hills
which lowers the HR. and I don't get as tired as often. The Polar S720i has
been a great tool, probably my best investment since the purchase of the
bike.
