Fasting is anywhere from 112 to 142 with Metformin and 121 to 139 without; 2 hours about 142-155; one 2-hour was 213 the first afternoon after I started meds. I've had a couple of hypoglycemic scares, so I bought some hard candy and little teensy packages of raisins. I used to have hypoglycemic episodes sometimes (now I'm early 50s), but this is all new. My eyes didn't bother me at all until *after* I started the meds, and then my right one especially sometimes feels pressured and weeps a bit.
