  1. Ma Hannah's* Pecan Pie

Ma Hannah was affectionally known as the "Pie Lady" in Griffin, Georgia for many years.

    Need: 1 9" pie dish

1 unbaked pie crust (I recommend Pillsbury Refrigerated Pie Crust) 1 1/2 cups whole or chopped
pecans (especially Stuart or Schley Pecans) 3 whole eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup white (or light)
corn or Karo syrup 1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp table salt 3 Tbsps Butter, melted 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract (NO substitute)

Prepare homemade or bought pie crust according to directions on package. Line unbaked pie crust with
pecans. Beat eggs in a large bowl; add rest of ingredients, mixing well. Pour over pecans. Bake at
    325 degrees F. for 45 to 55 minutes.
