It was for me. No more strep throats and no more visits to the
    M.D. office.

It is according to the web site: www.notmilk.com .
The author of this web site wrote a book about the dangers of
drinking cow's milk. Its title is: "The Deadly Poison."

Ri> --Rich --> He who is his own doctor has a fool for a patient.

    I was a fool for 40 years believing / thinking M.D.s understood
diet medicine / nutritional medicine. They do not. M.D.s only
    understand pharm drug type medicine.

I only became in good health when I learned about diet medicine /
    nutritional medicine.

Just spoofing you George. You point is well taken. The Chiropractic student
spends as much time on nutrition as the average medical student spends on
pharmacology, and vice versa. Very few MD's are qualified in the field of
basic biochemical nutrition as most chiros are. Conversely, very few chiros
are well versed in the pharmacological approach in the treatment of disease.
Not too many MD's, or chiros for that matter, have a really good grasp of
exercise physiology vis a vis the long term chronic response to exercise as
    treatment.
I wouldn't however limit my visits to the physician for emergencies only,
unless one only has basic medicare. The routing blood tests, for example can
detect a lot of health problems early before they get out of control.
Sometimes these problems come upon us despite all due diligence in taking
    care of ourselves.

The pursuit of good health is a multi disciplined approach that involves
people taking good care of themselves through good nutrition, exercise, &
avoiding bad habits like smoking & too much drinking. It also involves
regular checking of the most common things that go wrong, many of which
cannot be detected by the patient until they are no longer easily treatable.
