Has anyone else noticed that they have a day where the scale reading is at its lowest for the week? Mine seems to be on Tuesdays and I'm not sure why. I'm not eating differently on Monday than any other day, it's just lower.
LOL! Yup, and it's usually the day BEFORE my official weigh in day. <G> I've found that most of my ups and downs can be accounted for, not so much in what I ate, more to do with when I ate. Pushing my evening snack closer to midnite will show the weight up a bit more, as well as drinking more fluids later in the evening. Eating the snack at 9PM and not drinking much past that, weight will be down. I look at this as not a true reading anyway - more of a mind game that I can adjust, so it doesn't bother me. I eat and drink whenever I feel like it. Usually the difference is only a matter of a few ounces - no biggie. And since I only record my weight once a week, THAT reading gives me a truer indication of where I stand and how I'm handling things.

My lowest day seems to be Tuesday.

Mine is usually Wednesday. Unfortunately, I weigh in on Sat!
