I've been experimenting with my diet for a few years now and drawing my
blood on a monthly or bi-monthly basis to see what my blood lipid levels
are with different diets.

Low carb, not low fat, keeps my triglyceride and cholesterol levels MUCH
lower! And the right fats keep my HDL levels higher...

So much deadly mis-information!
