I'm trying to bulk up, lift 2-3 times weekly and am currently 38 yrs old and 148 lbs. But when I try to eat a lot, I feel all bloated and stuff, and stop eating until the feeling goes away.
Does anybody have any recommendations on foods that pack a lot of nutrient punch, but don't leave you feeling like you swallowed a bowling ball?

High fat foods...nuts, cheese, nut butters, fatty meats and fish...
You're still going to have to learn to pack the food away.

To add additional fats to your eating plan, get the good fats in there. As noted in the article above, you may want to check out some weight gainers to make a few of the recipes mentioned in the article. Its an easy way to rack up some calories.
Use a free program like FitDay to track your daily calories - it will also graph your nutritent ratios to see where you are lacking: http://www.fitday.com
Do eat 5-6 SMALLer meals (every two to three hours) and not a huge meal where you dont want to eat for the rest of the day.
