I recently purchased a book called LOW-CARB DIETING FOR DUMMIES. The
book isn't bad, but it is misleading. It is NOT low-carb, but rather a
moderate carb diet plan. They start you out at 75 carb grams a day, with
additional carbs, if desired, from unlimited amounts of green
non-starchy vegetables.

carb count, I'll bet it'd work fine for most people.Most do well on 50 grams or under of sugars per day.
