  1. I had a recipe a few years ago where you browned chicken pieces (not
boneless, skinless) in a skillet them put into a baking dish with
uncooked rice, soup and spices. It came out kind of creamy rather than
dry. My store had chicken legs and thighs on sale today so I bought a
large pack to cook some and freeze some. Now I can't find my recipe. I
don't remember the liquid and seasonings amounts....can anyone help?

    Thanks.......Sharon

    Look at the Campbells site;

    Here's one:

    Campbell's® 15-Minute Chicken & Rice Dinner
    from: Campbell's Kitchen

    Prep/Cook Time: 15 min.
Chicken, broccoli and rice in a creamy gravy are the stars in this easy
    skillet supper.
    Ingredients: 1 tbsp. Vegetable Oil
    4 boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup OR 98% Fat Free Cream
    of Chicken Soup
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cups uncooked instant white rice *
2 cups fresh OR frozen broccoli flowerets

    Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 10 min. or until
    browned. Set chicken aside.

ADD soup, water, paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil.

STIR in rice and broccoli. Return chicken to skillet. Season chicken with
additional paprika and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 min. or until
    done. Serves 4.

    Tip:
*For creamier dish, use 1 1/2 cups rice.
