Quoted message said:I had a recipe a few years ago where you browned chicken pieces (not
boneless, skinless) in a skillet them put into a baking dish with
uncooked rice, soup and spices. It came out kind of creamy rather than
dry. My store had chicken legs and thighs on sale today so I bought a
large pack to cook some and freeze some. Now I can't find my recipe. I
don't remember the liquid and seasonings amounts....can anyone help?
Thanks.......Sharon
