    I am not really sure if this is a problem, but since I just got my KH-24
    about 3 weeks ago, I wanted to check. The arms seem to be a little
    loose, as in, I can push them with my hand and they will shift,
    minimally though. I tried tightening them at the nubs, but they still
    shift. Is this normal? If not, how can I fix it.

    I'm dealing with this same problem on my KH24 right now. The problem
    appears to be that the axle isn't fitting the hub correctly, so it slips
    around a little bit.
