I'm not aware of any bike-specific shuttles for the New River Trail, but
you might try Sean Hash of Tangent Outfitters
([email hidden]). They mainly do canoe trips, but the
shuttling should be similar. If Tangent can't do it themselves, they
may be able to refer you to someone who can.

If you can wait until Wednesday evening, I might have a really good answer
for you.

OK, here you go. Tangent Outfitters used to offer bike trips and rent
mountain bikes. While they don't do this anymore, they could probably
do a shuttle for you.
