Looking for something that will help out the recovery...
Trying to switch gears from working out/cycling to all out cycling/swimming
Came across a couple of suplements... Just need some oppinions, since I have no experience with any of these.
CYTOSport Cytomax Endurox R4 Endurox Accelerade CYTOSport Complete Whey If you think I missed anything, and you think its worth while, let me know.
Thanks

Cytomax is pretty good but I'm not mad about the taste. I prefer Hammer's HEED (more benign taste). As for recovery, haven't tried any Endurox or Cytosport products but highly recommend Hammer's Recoverite (see www.e-caps.com ).
That's my opinion, anyway.

Ditto on the Hammer products. Go to the above mentioned web site, it also has some excellent reading on during and post ride nutrition.
