  1. I am a new member to the WW group. I decided to do it with
my wife. She has a calulator that she can use to keep track
of her daily/weekly points and I was wondering if anyone has
heard of a program out there that I could use on my iPaq
PDA. I would like to find one that has information in it
like the books do so I could look up info when I need to
without having to carry the books around and write
everything down just to have them to calculate in the
evening when I get home. SOmetimes I don't get around to it
until 2 or 3 days later when I am off since many times I
don't get home until late at night and have to get up early
the next day. I would htink that in this day of PDAs and
Palms, someone would have a program that could do this.

    Thanks, John T McD.

    Hi, John!!

Welcome and hope you post here often!

I don't have a program for journalling foods and tracking
points, but there are a few other resources you may be
    interested in:

    1. A database for the Pocket PC of restaurant foods with
    points. It's at dwlz.compalmpilot.html
Scroll down to get to the Pocket PC download.

    2. An Excel spreadsheet of points for foods. I haven't
downloaded this to PocketExcel on my Jornada, but
it's pretty straightforward and should translate just
fine. Email me if you're interested. (annymiddon at
    hotmail dot com)

I've been thinking about setting up a little PocketExcel
spreadsheet for myself to track points when I'm away. Let me
know if you're interested and when I get around to doing it
    I'll shoot you a copy.

    Anny
