Hi John,

Unfortunately, there really isn't a "universal" method that bike manufacturers use to size their
bikes. For example, that's why you see some bike models offered in say 14, 16, 18, 20, and 22"
sizes, where another model may only be offered in 13.5, 15, 17, 19.5, etc. Manufacturers may measure
the length of the seat tube in a different manner, yielding different notations for the sizes.

In any sense, going by your height and inseam measurements provided, I'd say that you would probably
fall into the 17-18" frame size, or 54-56cm. Also, keep in mind that one model may fit you a bit
better than another, so definitely try out a few different bikes before making your purchase.
