i want to buy a training log book to keep track of my rides. i'm not interested in the online or computer logs. i prefer to have a book that i can carry with me. i don't always have access to a computer to keep track. i don't want a log that is vague, but also not overwhelming. please let me know what you use and how you like it. recommendations please.

I use the Training Diary by Joe Friel from Velo Press. I find it very useful and is well thought out. It is available online at www.velogear.com for US$13.
