I have an 11 year-old son who wants to come riding with me. I'd love to set him up a rig but I'm not sure what I should buy him. He's average in size for an 11 year-old, about 95 pounds and a tick or two under five feet. He'll be growing like a weed any minute now and I'd like to get him something that he can ride for a few seasons. Of course the components can grow with him but do I look to a woman's frame or maybe something in a compact geometry? What has anyone else done for their kids?
