In the last couple of days I have seen a couple of city bikes around Edinburgh manufactured by a company that I have never heard of before. Unfortunately I can't remember the name - definitely begins with an E, maybe sounds like a woman's name and seems to use hub gears and a step through frame.
I've tried to find it by searching for a directory of bike manufacturers but I've had no luck. -- Cheers,
Steve
