What's a good rule of thumb for saddle height differential between Look and SPD (SPD requiring a
lower saddle height). Just looking for a starting point.

I dropped my saddle 5mm from Looks to SPD-SL, maybe add another 5mm for recessed SPD (MTB) cleats?
