  1. I've had a few pairs of pedals over the
years and have recently favoured Look.
However, all my modern Look pedals
(i.e. in the last two years) have a bit of
movement in the bearings. The first time
I noticed this, I took them back (CX6's)
to the LBS and had a moan. They showed me
other Looks in the shop that did the same
thing. Even my newish Keos have a bit of
    movement.

Surely this is not how it is supposed to be?

Note that I can't feel the movement when I'm
riding. It's only if I grip the pedal with
my hand and twist from side to side, I can
    feel a bit of movement.

Anyone else have this? Other pedals do the
same? My ancient Campag road pedals (circa
    1982) don't move this much.

    QUOTE]

Well, I don't know if that's the way they should be, but my bottom-of-the-range Look pedals certainly don't shift in the way you describe. They've been on a couple of bikes, and are a couple of years old and no sideways movement at all.
