    I took some fodies the weekend at the Longmore Classic 2004.

    I won the 32km run and reached my fastest speed ever in a cross country race
    at 66km/h.

    Temp in the sun was 50 deg C and 42 deg C in shade, was a killer for the
    guys who did the 60km run. EXTREMELY hot. Longmore is a state forest about
    40km from Port Elizabeth - South Africa
