  1. I suppose it backs it, if "backing" means that it "did just
    as well" as the low-fat diet.++They lost exactly the same
    weight at 1yr the only difference was that the atkins were
    still gaining weight and the low-fat were still
    losing.++Anyway this study was already commented on when
    they presented it about 6mths ago, not news in the least,
    haven't read the westman study yet but westman has used the
    same data at least 5 times already so im not that excited

    Are you saying it's the exact same data, or does he employ
    the same study design over and over?

    I've noticed that he always gives the low carb group
    nutritional supplements including fish oils, but doesn't
    give them to the low fat group...??
