    Hi,

    I run a site called Trail and Track www.trailandtrack.co.uk which
    offers cyclists and mountain bikers of all kinds to post and find bike
    trails around the UK.

    As an avid mountain biker myself, I am putting myself up for the London
    to Paris cycle challenge in June 2007 in aid of Leukaemia Care.

    I have put a page up on my site to get people to donate, or if you dont
    want to donate, ive put a load of affiliate links to common websites,
    if you buy anything from them, why not use my links, all commissions
    paid are going into the fundraising pot.

    This might have come across as less spammy, and got you more sponsorship,
    had you linked directly to the details rather than to the homepage.
