Okay, stupid question alert here. How in the heck do you lockout the
Rockshox Judy J3 shocks? There is a "lockout" twister on the right fork. I
tried turning it and nothing appeared to happen. Is there a secret to doing
this correctly?

If so some of the oil may have seeped above the TurnKey assembly. RS
suggest standing the bike upright, setting the fork in the open
position, and cycling the fork 10-20 times. Usually it is more like 50
times. (a short ride with waterbars helps).You may end up opening the fork and topping up the oil. Low oil height
may also keep the Turnkey from working.The oil volumes are here:
