    Hello-

    This evening I replaced the headset in an older Litespeed Arenberg. I
    was surprised to discover aluminum shims inside the headtube to
    accommodate a standard 1 1/8" headset. Apparently, the epoxy or other
    substance used to attach the shims had lost its adhesion. This is the
    first time I have seen headset shims used, and wonder if others have
    come across this.

    Hi. I did not come across that. I do need to replace the headset of my arenberg and I cant tell what headset type I need. Do you happen to know? Thanks
