  1. I have looked all over, I am looking for a good guide on the web, that will help me get a good plan going. The goal is increase distance. WOuld like to work towards a century, but I am not in any hurry. Would liek to take my time trainig so I can go it right the first time and want to do it again when its over.

    thanks ahead of time.

  2. You can go from beginner to century in one season as some of these threads will attest: cyclingforums.comsearch.php . I'd suggest making a committment to ride your local MS150 (nationalmssociety.orgMS%20Bike%20Tour.asp) or some other well-organized charity ride, and looking at their preparation guidelines for ideas. When you ride for a great cause, the motivation and rewards are doubled. Good luck.
