    Lima Bean Bleu Cheese Bake

    1 box frozen lima beans, cooked
    1 c. crumbled bleu cheese
    1/4 c. consomme or bean liquid
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 tsp. melted butter
    1/8 tsp. paprika

    Mix all together, reserving bread crumbs for topping. Bake in moderate
    oven until bubbly.
