Salsa Moto Ace S.U.L. mtb stems and Dimension mtb stems come in angles of

up to 130 (40+90) degrees. They work well, my wife has a Salsa on her road bike.

You didn't state whether this was a quill or threadless stem. If your looking for threadless, check
out the new adjustable stem by Ritchey. I have no experience with this stem, but it seems like it
would work for your application. Excel Sports has these for sale...
