  1. Hi folks; Anyone know of bike lighting manufacturers who sell just headlights without batteries and chargers? I tried a couple of web-sites hoping to find a "spares" facility but no luck.

    (PS - I am an electrical engineer, and can access cheap NiMH batteries, and can make simple chargers for next to nothing so I figure.................)

    Try www.batteryspace.com for the cheapest HID lights that you can buy online.
    I have the 13 and 35w HID lights. the best.

    Or follow howards advice and make your own.
