That is a good point, that perhaps those that do confess should not be
treated the same as those caught in tests or raids. I had not thought of
that but the idea does have some merit. Personally I would love to see more
athletes come forward and then continue their careers clean to show that
doping is not worth doing. I just don't think it helps as much as so many
people seem to think.
