I've trained the same way the past three years so now it's time for a change. I've learned to be more open and go with the flow, more willing to open my mind to new ways.
I've noticed a lot of guys are still doing the "old school" style, long, slow, seven-hours-a-day training, it does work. I've done that, I'm ready for something different.
Didn't take a rocket scientist to see how strong Postal was - those early moves weren't just going to work. ---------------
It seems Levi has decided to have a few more burgers, and do a few less intervals.
