  1. I had my indoor trainer in the garage for dark/cold/rain workouts. My front wheel is blocked up to offset the rear wheel elevation by the trainer.

I'm expecting a Computrainer delivery this week, and was building a platform to bolt it down. The design has leveling feet. While leveling the platform, I wa surprized.

Seems I forgot they build garage floors sloping down to the doors to prevent flooding. All this time, I've been riding with a 3/4" tilt forward. No wonder it hurts more to pedal indoors!

If you ride your trainer in the garage, check to see if the floor is level. Hopefully, if you ride elsewhere in your house/apartment, the floors are level, but it doesn't hurt to check.
