hello. I do not cycle much. Maybe the usual 80 kilometers a week. I eat lots as I like to eat. I cycle mostly for fun now, as my schedule is very tight and I am always caught up with other things that demand my time and dedication. But I notice that my thighs have gotten quite huge, , actually, they have not changed much in size, they just feel much huger and I can feel more muscle there ...... something wrong here???????????? I eat a lot of proteins (much fish and chicken daily, I eat lots and love to cook). I mean, this leg got more muscle in about a month, which has scared me ...... what say you? Sorry if this is such an uninteresting ... but I just had to ask... 1 month ......!!! I dont cycle a lot of distance, usually just have fun pedalling around, maybe 80 km a week, usually casual cycling in harder gear
i don't think there is a problem, it's not unhealthy. you say they feel bigger? but they are not actually any bigger in size. i'm assuming you just lost fat and can notice the muscle more so now.
