Hello, all. It occurred to me recently that I have quite a few decent
right-foot pedals. I need a left pedal.
This happens all the time bc I favor the L pedal for mounting (esp jump
mounts), so my L pedals tend to break.
I imagine right-footed folx have the opposite problem.
Let's set up a trade. Who has L pedals for me? I can trade with a few of
you, so let me know. My pedals are all inexpensive but funxional.

That won't work, unfortunately. The left pedal has to go on the left,
and the right pedal has to go on the right.

It'd work; I've thought that it might be useful for cranks, as of the
cranks I've bent all of them have been the left side... so if I hadn't
chucked them out I would now have loads of perfectly usable right
cranks. Presumably others might bend the right cranks more, so have lots
of left cranks... put the two together and you've got another set of
cranks rather than two cranks in the bin.
If someone else were to wreck right pedals, they would have loads of
left pedals going unused, and so could be used by the people who need
them.
