Congratulations, you now have polenta (if you didn't sweeten
the mush). I assume it's now either solid or semi-solid,
depending on how thick your mush was to start with.
If you didn't sweeten the mush: You can serve it pretty much
any way you would hearty pasta--a simple tomato sauce with
sauteed vegetables & cheese is always good. Either slice the
polenta or shape it with your hands (depending on how solid
it is--I suspect keeping your hands wet will prevent
sticking) and bake or saute or broil it, with or without a
coating to make it crisper.
If you did sweeten the mush: Slice or shape, saute in
butter, and serve with syrup or stewed apples or
applesauce or.
