Hi,
Shud I still continue lifting weights or shud I rest? Tried to do some
bi-cep sets but couldn't load more weights. Any recommendation excercise
which is less painfull but the same time continue to pack up my arms?
Thanks

I'm right handed...so I guess my left arm izzit that strong especially my
