  1. Hi,
    Shud I still continue lifting weights or shud I rest? Tried to do some
    bi-cep sets but couldn't load more weights. Any recommendation excercise
    which is less painfull but the same time continue to pack up my arms?

  2. I'm right handed...so I guess my left arm izzit that strong especially my
    grip. I guess i might have pulled my left forearm muscle while doing the
    bi-cep curls.
