I'm off to watch the Alpine stages of the Tour de France this summer and need to know how long before the rides come past do the roads close to cyclists. This is particularly for the Col de Glandon were the tour is due to pass at 12.30 and I need to get there from Alpe d@'Huez, its all up hill and I'm not that fit! Tony😕
