    Damsel's Italian Meatloaf

    Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

    2 pounds lean ground beef
    1 pound ground pork
    3 large eggs
    3 tablespoons ketchup
    1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
    1/2 cup flax seed meal (Bob's Red Mill)
    1/2 cup parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper

    Mix thoroughly with hands. Place into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350
    for 90 minutes.

    2 carbs per slice (5 - 3)
