Similar to LOR (=Local Orthodox Rabbi) in scjm. Sometimes someone
merely posts, "CYLOR", with CY standing for Consult Your -- usually in
response to a question on Halacha.I think everyone should have a set of L** -- a Local Authorities on
your particular interests. You go to your L** not only to get the
expertise of the Authority, but also because it's a hang-out of fellow
devotees. So it's not just a place to find things out, but to catch
