  1. I didn't get the first one. And I did notice that there are a couple of the first one's on Ebay for
    about $400-500. Yeah, that's correct. 4 c-notes and up.

    I bought the new one from Amazon and am about half way through it. It sounds like Bob went from a
    straight arrow to a wanged out drunk over the years. It's hard to tell though because he works so
    hard making phoney phrases it makes me wonder how much of the public Bob is pure BS.

    There is no doubt in my mind that if Bobke had modern training methods that he would have been a
    much more effective racer. But it just seems like he was that self-defeating sort that could never
    quite picture himself winning and so wouldn't put in that last little bit when someone he thought
    was better than he was in the picture as well.

    I'd like to talk to Roll sometime. He, like me, is an Oakland boy and we have a lot of the same
    ideas and outlooks. Dinner with Roll. Sounds like a contest in a hotdog eating contest.
