  1. Everybody go sleep. I'm tired... so it must be bedtime for everybody.

    Eat a LC breakfast and we can reconvene here around noon. I'll have some

    I rode 71 miles yesterday down in DeLeon Texas in the awful heat. I learned
    something: eat breakfast first! When I got there, I grabbed a banana and a
    slice of watermelon, but, lemme tellya, it was as if I were pedaling on
    "empty" as far as energy goes. Of course, I "picked up" during the ride as
    I drank the PowerAde and ate other things at the rest stop. Maybe I am just
    cranky because of that last 21 miles into a blasted headwind! It felt like I
    was dragging an anchor.
