  1. I know someone posted similar last week but there are 100 Lance
    Armstrong is a doper threads in between.

    1st-- Heras
    2nd-- Sevilla
    3rd-- Beltran

    If you get all three right you will have the honor of not being called
    dumbass for 1 hour.

    On paper this Tour has Heras' name written all over it, but he is
    suffering from his most barren season ever. But he is scary consistent
    in the Vuelta, so I can't completely count him out either. Since I
    haven't made any solid predictions yet, I'll start now: Simoni is my
    favorite for this Vuelta. He is the purest of climbers, and he will
    thrive on this parcours. I don't think he is by any means a sure bet,
    but to me, he's an appealing one.

    2nd- Mancebo
    3rd- Landis
